CANCELLATION POLICY
We charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations. If you are late to your appointment, we reserve the right to shorten your service to the allotted time you booked for. Clients will be marked as a no-show if they are 20+ minutes late. No day-of rescheduling.
